Exchange & Return Policy
International orders
- We are currently unable to offer returns on international orders (outside India) due to current logistics and operations partners constraints, we will come back as soon as we enable this
- All the products have been made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials. All our processes are done by hand. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product. We would however like to hear your feedback so do reach out us info@labeljamun.com
India orders
- Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit,
- Please fill this form within 48 hours of delivery Product Return Form
- We will respond within 3 business days (we’re a small business - thank you for your patience!)
- We will levy a shipping fee for returns (Given shipping is included in your current)
- For your to be eligible to be considered for return
- The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
